The Administration Department of the Village of Taos Ski Valley, located at 7 Firehouse Road, houses the offices of the Village Administrator, Village Treasurer, Village Clerk, and the Community Development Director.

Henri Hammond-Paul is the Village Administrator, with Carroll Griesedieck holding the position of Finance Director, Marlene Salazar as Village Clerk, Jordan Yutzy is the Planning & Zoning Director/Deputy Village Administrator. These Departments, along with the Public Works Department and the Public Safety Department, directly support the Village of Taos Ski Valley’s Village Council.
