RESOLUTION NO. 97-8

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STANDARD CODE OF PARLIAMENTARY

PROCEDURE BY REFERENCE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLLEY, NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. ADOPTION BY REFERENCE. The Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure, Third Edition, by Alice Sturgis is herewith adopted by reference, pursuant to Section 3-17-6, NMSA 1978 as the Rules of Order of the Village of Taos Ski Valley; provided however, New Mexico Law shall control should there be any conflicts between the Rules of Order and New Mexico Law.

Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall take effect on the 6^th day of July, 1996.
