RESOLUTION NO. 2007-137

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE AD VALOREM TAX RATE FOR THE

VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY.

BE IT IS RESOLVED, THAT: The governing body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley, State of New Mexico, hereby certifies to the Taos County Board of Commissioners an ad valorem tax rate of 4.0 mils; and

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the governing body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley does hereby direct the Taos County Board of Commissioners to collect this tax for the Village as part of Taos County’s regular tax collection procedures.

PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of May, 2007.
