VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY

RESOLUTION NO. 2004-81

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO TRANSFER CASH AS FOLLOWS

          WHEREAS, hereby resolved that the Village of Taos Ski Valley having met in a regular meeting on March 9, 2004 proposes to transfer cash as follows:

          WHEREAS,  Revenue was budgeted for the Recreation fund and the Recreation Distribution is not available from the State of New Mexico; and

          WHEREAS,  Expenditures have been made within the Recreation fund; and

          WHEREAS,  a budget transfer under such circumstances is necessary and lawful, and the proposed budget transfer should be made.

          THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Taos Ski Valley governing body hereby approves, authorizes and directs that the Village of Taos Ski Valley budget for the fiscal year 2003-2004 be amended accordingly.
