The Public Works Committee provides input to the Village Council on
public works (water, sewer, roads and solid waste) issues facing the
Village. The Committee completed a water
use ordinance and a sewer use
ordinance, which were adopted by the Village
Council. Annually, they review the Village’s priority system for snow
removal and road
maintenance. They provide input to the Village Council
on budget priorities in the area of public works. They also produced a
“snow brochure” giving important information on snow removal,
parking and emergency phone numbers for the Village.
