VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY

ORDINANCE NO. 97-11

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEW MEXICO

PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL CODES BY REFERENCE.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLLEY, NEW MEXICO:

Section 1.  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.  The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, Construction Industries Division 1991 Plumbing and Mechanical Codes (CID-MB-NMP&M-91-1) and all subsequent amendments as they may be promulgated and adopted by the State of New Mexico and such additions and modifications as the Village may adopt, are herewith adopted by reference, pursuant to Section 3-17-6, NMSA 1978.

Section 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This ordinance shall take effect on the 6^th day of July, 1996.
