ORDINANCE 08-45

 

AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE TAOS COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT AS THE COURT HAVING JURISDICTION OVER MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley:

 

1.         That upon the resignation of the Municipal Judge, the Municipal Court of the Village of Taos Ski Valley is hereby dissolved.

2.         That pursuant to '35-14-1 NMSA 1978, the Taos County Magistrate Court   is designated as the court having jurisdiction over the Village of Taos Ski Valley Municipal Ordinances
